Remove penalties on distracted driving, speeding, drinking and driving while were at it OK. That will stop people from doing these things if we decriminalize them right?

I think every state should have a substance abuse jail, no other criminals...strictly for treatment and they cannot leave till their sentence is complete!

What we are doing now is clearly not working. Let’s stop treating this disease like a crime and start treating it the way we treat other health issues.

ReplyAll Oregonians are impacted by drug addiction. This measure will provide a compassionate and health based approach to addiction, which isn't treated as such right now.
ReplyMeasure 110 will greatly expand access to drug treatment and recovery services for anyone who wants and needs them, instead of arresting people for possession of small amounts of drugs.
