Yes, it's possible, but only if the US, Turkey and Saudi stop arming and supporting terrorism in Syria. The US Colalition is trying to play both sides of the conflict - and everyone knows it now.
Because the terrorists are an inch away from Complete defeat and would like a chance to regroup. Syrian gov. + Russia are eager to show their good intentions
