Commented "Roll carts come in various sizes for small families and/or handicapped. Carts are cheaper to use and are not bothered by cats, dogs, possums, skunks, raccoons. Carts contain waste in a more eye appealing and sanitary way. Carts don't allow waste to be scattered on the ground like bags."
